What type of attire should I wear?
We recommend coming dressed in looser or more comfortable clothing so that our therapists can better assist you. We also have some additional clothes you can change into if necessary. 

What is your policy on cell phones? 
To preserve a peaceful experience for everyone, we do not permit cell phone conversations in the spa.

What should I do with my personal belongings? 
We provide drawers to store your personal items, but regret that we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items.

Are reservations required?
Walk-ins are welcome. For groups of 2 or more, we encourage guests to make advance reservations to ensure availability. 

Can I book a private party?
Please call us directly to inquire about large groups or private events. 

What forms of payment do you accept? 
We accept cash, all major credit cards, Android Pay, Apple Pay, and other NFC Payments.

Do you have parking? 
We are conveniently located in a shopping plaza with free parking available.
